Island Born and raised, Dr. Denny enjoys spending time outdoors and with his young family. With a loyal clientele and dedicated team of professionals he works along side with, Dr. Denny Essig always puts patients needs first. A UBC graduate, Dr. Denny has been practicing dentistry for 10 years and enjoys all aspects of the profession, especially getting to see families grow and mature from year to year. Dr. Jim English ~ D.M.D

Dr. Jim English has been at Doverview dental since 2008 but has been practicing dentistry for over 45 years, since 1965! We are thrilled to have such an experienced practitioner at our office. Dr. English obviously enjoys his work & in between patients can be found catching up on the latest news and current events. It is easy to see why he is such a wonderful dentist & true asset to our dental team! Also a family man, Dr. English is a grandparent & proud father who enjoys spending time outdoors & with his family.

Dr. Cameron Tansey ~ D.M.D

Recently moved from Smithers BC, we are excited to have Dr. Tansey join our Dental team!  Having much knowledge of general practice, Dr. Tansey also brings experience with sleep apnea appliances and years of practical dentistry!  Also a family & outdoorsmans, we welcome Dr. Tansey and his family to Nanaimo & to Doverview Dental.  Currently accepting New patients, Dr. Tansey is friendly and easy going with excellent dental skills and knowledge!
